HEALTHY VIBES

Healing is something that I have become very passionate about. For forty years I watched family and friends suffer from ailments or diseases of all kinds. At the time I had no idea how to help them so I did what I could just to be there for them.

 

When I turned forty, my world as I knew it changed dramatically. I was discovering who I was, what I liked and where I was going in life. Where had I been? I had been a wife and mother for than half of my life and now I was single with grown children doing their own things. There were things that I wanted to do or try that I had never even thought of before. It was like waking up from a forty year trance.

 

The strongest of all feelings, is the one for healing. I feel like I need to help people and their pets with their body, mind and/or soul unrest. This is my life calling.

 

So, while in the longer process of getting my Masters and Doctorate degrees, I decided that Reiki is a great healing tool. The more that I learn, the more amazed I become.

 

I am my very first client. Let me give you some examples of my health in the past six months or so. High blood pressure (Genetic. I have had it since I was a teen), PCOS and Pseudotumor Cerebri (Intracranial hypertension). This is February 2015 and I have been out of work due to the Pseudotumor Cerebri since December. The swelling in my brain has caused vision changes that have been keeping me from driving. I walk like a drunk person and suffer great head pain. Meditation wasn't enough. So I just began treating myself with Reiki and I can already see a difference. Where it is a chronic illness it will take more treatments before it is gone, but I am well on my way.

 

Now I am ready to put my Reiki training to use on others. I am giving away a one hour session in my Reiki Room for the first 50 clients that set an appointment with me and reference my free give-a-way.

 

I have a confession to make though. As much as I love giving away free treatments, it is also to my own benefit. The more I practice my Reiki, the stronger my healing energy becomes. Once I am strong enough I will move on to the second degree training.
